La vaina debe ser uno de los cócteles chilenos más antiguos y por años, el preferido de nuestras abuelas. En este histórico cóctel se combinan el huevo, vino dulce añejo y coñac con un leve aroma a canela.

Aprende paso a paso cómo preparar una exquisita vaina chilena.

Ingredientes

  • 1 medida de oporto

  • medida de coñac o brandy

  • medida de crema de cacao

  • medida de vermut oscuro

  • 1 yema de huevo

  • 1 cucharadita de azúcar flor

  • Canela molida para espolvoreara

Instrucciones

  • En la licuadora colocar todos los ingredientes.
  • Tapar y licuar durante 1 minuto.
  • Verter el trago en un vaso pequeño.
  • Espolvorear la superficie con canela y servir de inmediato.

  • Es muy importante que una vez espolvorees la canela, sirvas el trago de inmediato para no perder la espuma que se forma tras pasar por la licuadora.
