Receta de pebre chileno – Fácil y rápido

Esta fresca salsa compuesta de ingredientes picados y ligados por una pasta de ají es típica de Chile, parecida a la salsa pico de gallo mexicana.

Generalmente está lo componen pasta de ají, cebolla, ají fresco, cilantro, perejil, ajo y sal, y se emplea para aderezar caldos, porotos granados, carnes asadas, como también se sirve con tortillas al rescoldo, sopaipillas fritas o pan marraqueta.

Exquisita receta de pebre tradicional chileno. ¡Fácil, rápido y delicioso!


  • 1 cucharada de ají rojo en pasta

  • 1 cebolla, picada fina

  • 1 taza de hojas de cilantro, picadas finas

  • 1 cucharadita de orégano seco

  • 3 cucharadas de aceite de oliva

  • 1 cucharada de vinagre de vino tinto

  • 1 cucharada de jugo de limón

  • Sal y pimienta

  • 2 ajíes verdes, sin semillas


  • En un bol mezclar la pasta de ají con la cebolla, ajo, cilantro, orégano, aceite,
    vinagre y jugo de limón; mezclar bien y sazonar con sal y pimienta.
  • Agregar el ají verde y dejar reposar unos minutos para mezclar los sabores.
  • Para servir, corregir la sazón y transferir la mezcla a un recipiente. Servir frío.
