Una preparación típica chilena, que se cocina en la mayoría de las casas del país y que está al alcance de la mano. Estamos hablando del famoso asado alemán, y aquí aprenderán paso a paso cómo prepararlo.

Para quienes no lo conocen, les podemos adelantar que esta preparación vendría a ser como un budín de carne (también se le llama así), acompañado por huevos y todo servido en un solo plato.

Es una receta alta en proteínas e ideal para cuando no sepas qué cocinar.

Aprende paso a paso cómo preparar un exquisito Asado Alemán. Receta original, paso a paso con fotos y videos.

Ingredientes

  • 2 tajadas de pan de molde blanco, sin cortezas y en cubos

  • 1 taza de leche fría (240 ml aproximadamente)

  • 750 gramos de lomo de cogote de cerdo

  • 200 gramos de carne de vacuno (posta, asiento o lomo)

  • 200 gramos tocino

  • 2 cebollas picadas finas y fritas

  • 1 cucharada de mostaza

  • 1 cucharadita de orégano seco

  • 1 cucharadita de ají color

  • Sal y pimienta

  • 2 huevos batidos

  • 2 huevos duros

  • 1 tomate

  • perejil a gusto

Instrucciones

  • Precalentar el horno a temperatura media (180°C).
  • Enmantequillar el interior e un molde rectangular (para queque) y reservar.
  • Cocer 10 minutos el huevo a partir de agua fría y reservar.
  • En un bol colocar el pan y verter la leche. Dejar remojar unos minutos mientras se prepara el resto de la receta.
  • En la máquina para moler carne o en la procesadora de alimentos, moler juntos la carne de cerdo, vacuno y tocino.
  • Colocar la mezcla en un bol y agregar las cebollas fritas, el pan remojado, mostaza, orégano, ají color, sal, pimienta y ajo. Mezclar bien para obtener una pasta suave y lisa.
  • Incorporar los huevos, corregir la sazón y mezclar. Verter la pasta al molde preparado, presionando para que no queden burbujas de aire. En el centro dejar una cavidad para incorporar el huevo entero. Cubrir con la misma pasta.
  • Hornear durante 70-90 minutos o hasta que la carne esté cocida.
  • Retirar del horno y dejar enfriar en el molde.
  • Desmoldar y cortar el asado en tajadas gruesas.
  • Servir frío o caliente acompañado de un tomate en láminas y espolvorear perejil picado.
