¿Quieres sorprender a tus invitados? Aprende aquí cómo preparar unas exquisitas papas rellenas. Recetas original, paso a paso, fácil, y rápida.

Ingredientes

  • 1 kilo de papas

  • Sal y pimienta

  • 2 cucharadas de aceite

  • 2 cebollas

  • 1 diente de ajo

  • 500 gramos de posta de vacuno molida

  • 1 cucharadita de comino molido

  • 1 cucharadita de orégano seco

  • 1 cucharadita de ají color

  • Aceite

  • Harina

  • 4 huevos duros

Instrucciones

  • En una olla cocinar las papas en abundante agua salada fría y hervir hasta que estén blandas.
  • Una vez cocidas colar y moler hasta formar un puré. Reservar y enfríar.
  • Instrucciones para el relleno
  • En una sartén calentar el aceite a fuego medio y sudar las cebolla con el ajo hasta que la cebolla esté transparente.
  • Incorporar la carne, comino, orégano, ají color, sal y pimienta y cocinar revolviendo hasta que la carne esté cocida.
  • Retirar del fuego y dejar enfríar (reservar).
  • Instrucciones para la masa
  • Colocar harina en las manos y luego tomar un poco del puré de papas reservado. Aplastarlo en la mano para extenderlo y agregar al centro una cucharada del relleno de carne y un cuarto de huevo duro.
  • Añadir un poco de puré sobre el relleno y cerrar la papa, envolviendo el relleno y ayudándose con un poco de harina si fuera necesario para que no se pegue en las manos.
  • En una olla o sartén profundo calentar suficiente aceite a fuego medio para freír.
  • Freír las papas rellenas en el aceite caliente hasta dorar por ambos lados. Estilar en el papel absorbente y servir caliente.
