La mejor receta de Lecha Asada chilena

Este postre casero es un fiel representante de la cocina familiar chilena por ser de fácil elaboración y muy querido por niños y adultos.

Muchos opinan que es un defectuoso flan de leche por resultar poroso y blando, pero esta “falla” lo hace más fresco y liviano.

Una vez asada y fría, esta “leche” se sirve con el líquido acaramelado de su cocción.

¿Quieres sorprender a todos con uno de los más ricos y tradicionales postres chilenos? Atentos porque aquí te enseñamos a preparar una exquisita leche asada.

Ingredientes

  • 1 taza de azúcar

  • 5 huevos

  • 1 litro de leche

  • 1 cucharada de extracto de vainilla

Instrucciones

  • En una olla pequeña derretir ½ taza de azúcar a fuego medio hasta formar un caramelo.
  • Retirar del fuego y verter el caramelo en una fuente extendida para horno (capacidad 6 tazas), cubriendo el fondo; reservar.
  • Precalentar el horno a temperatura media (180°C).
  • En un bol batir juntos el resto de azúcar, huevos, leche y extracto de vainilla; verter la mezcla en la fuente sobre el caramelo.
  • Hornear 30-40 minutos o hasta que el postre esté cuajado y la superficie dorada.
  • Apagar el horno y dejar enfriar el postre adentro. Servir la leche asada con el líquido de cocción.
